Nehls (R-TX-22) introduced a House Joint Resolution of Disapproval of President Joe Biden’s U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) plan to directly kill nearly half a million barred owls in the Pacific Northwest, which would cost taxpayers an estimated $1.35 billion over a span of 30 years.
